How can I check my order or payment status?

You can check your order status by logging into your Account (Order History) page. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number.

How long does shipping take, and what are the shipping costs?

You can track your order and shipping status on the order page. Domestic shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, and international shipping takes around 7–15 business days. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

How should I choose my size?

Please refer to the Size Guide available on each product page. You can also check the model’s size and detailed product measurements.

How can I exchange or return an item?

You can request a return from your Order History or contact our customer service at support@saupe-store.com.

▪ For domestic orders, the product must arrive within 7 days from the date you received it.
▪ For international orders, it must arrive within 30 days of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order status is still Processing, you can cancel it before shipment. Once the order is marked as Shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can request a return instead.
