Return Window (Korea excluded)
Items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to Return
Please send your item to the following address:
14-1, Seoae-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (04624)
If you have a returns card, fill it out and include it in the package so we can quickly identify your order and process your return. If you do not have a returns card, please write your name, order number, email address, and reason for return on a piece of paper and include it inside the package.

For any help with exchanges or returns, please contact our Customer Service at support@saupe-store.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
You can submit a return request from your Order History page. Once submitted, the request must be reviewed and approved by our team before the return process can proceed. After approval, a return instructions email will be sent automatically, and you can follow the instructions to send back your item.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds
- All sale items
- Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotion
- Items showing signs of wear, makeup, tanning marks, or pet hair
- All tags must be attached and untouched
- Items must not have been worn, damaged, or removed from original packaging
- Return packages must reference the order name or order number
Important Notes
- Returns may be denied if items are used, soiled, worn, damaged, or have excessive hair, perfume, or other scents. Such items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your return is not eligible for a refund.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend using a tracking number when returning items.
- Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer.
